How Long Will This Take? I need my iPhone/iPod fixed NOW!
We have the fastest turnaround times of any repairer in Singapore, as evidenced by the positive reviews. Some repairs take longer than others, but for replacement parts, screen replacements and software modifications, we ask that you allow 24-48 hours for the repair. Some complicated repairs such as water damage can take longer as they often require extensive testing, but we do them as quickly as possible and pride ourselves on our excellent turnaround times.

If you require your iPhone or iPod back by a certain date, please let us know and we'll do the best we can.

Will I Lose Data On my iPod or iPhone?
Generally yes if we are repairing the hard drive and generally no if we are repairing anything else. We can't guarantee your data though, so the best option is to back it up before you send it in.

Do You Buy iPods or iPhones?
Certainly! Please see our sales page for more details.

Will Your Repair Void my Apple Warranty?
Yes. If your iPod or iPhone is covered by Apple warranty, it will be void when we open it.

We currently only accept appointment based bookings. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have an appointment with us.

What Payments Do You Accept?
We accept Cash, Interbank Transfers, Visa/Master/Amex via Paypal Express Checkout.

How Do You Know When I've Transferred Via InterBank Transfers?
All receipts/proof of transfers have to be kept as evidence. It is best if you could inform us when you transfer. Failure to do so will result in your order being considered unpaid.

Is My Payment Secure?
Paypal is the most secure payment service available. Only Paypal receive your credit card details, so you can be assured that all of your information and credit card details are safe.
